The following information outlines what can be expected from the driving instructor and specifies the requirements for the learner.

All instructors working with Auto Masters operate on a self-employed basis. Tuition contracts are made directly between each instructor and their pupil.
To enable your instructor to provide lessons, you consent to your name, address, and driving licence number being recorded for lesson records only. This information will remain confidential and will not be shared or used for marketing.
Please note that any client information held by us will remain confidential and will not be shared or used for marketing.
You have the right to access your training records at any time. These records will be securely deleted within six weeks of you passing your driving test.
With your permission, your instructor may take a photo of you with your pass certificate for marketing purposes. You are free to decline this at any point.
Lesson fees start from £41.00 per hour. Should prices change, notice will be given in advance.
Payment must be made to your instructor before each lesson begins.
Important: At least 48 hours’ notice must be given if you wish to cancel a lesson. Failure to provide notice may result in being charged for the session.
Driving test day fees are £145.00. This includes one lesson before the test, car hire for the test itself, and transport home afterwards.
Please note: these fees apply to the test centres local to our instructors: Mitcham, Redhill and West Wickham. Other locations may be considered but a premium charge may be added.
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause your instructor to arrive late. Every effort will be made to inform you as soon as possible.
Your instructor cannot be held liable if the DVSA cancels or reschedules your driving test.
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the school vehicle.
For the safety of pupils, instructors, and the public, driving sessions may be recorded. This is for safety purposes and could be used in the event of a road incident.
You may raise concerns about any personal data held by your instructor, and you can request for such information to be removed at any time.
